Please welcome SEGUNDO. This is the second coffee we secured from last year's Finca Churrapampa competition. This lot tastes of Boysenberry, Toffee and Juniper. It has been traditionally processed. Fresh cherry is washed, sorted, pulped and fermented, then washed again and dried under parabolic dryers for 20-22 days. Segundo's coffee is very clean with a deep fruitiness that fills the cup.
