Brewing with Drippers/ Pour Over

One of the most exciting things about specialty coffee is the amazing depth of flavour that is showcased in single origin filter coffee roasts! In the cafe, we love brewing single origin beans using our Hario V60 Ceramic Dripper Cone and experimenting with dose, grind and agitation, to get the best and most diverse flavour from the coffee beans.
